How to unlock the The Relic achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

In order to go to the Cathedral you have to beat Mom's Heart 11 times. Maggy is a frustrating character to do runs with because she lacks any kind of DMG, so make sure you take a DMG up whenever you can. Try to get an early devil deal and take advantage of her high health pool. After killing Isaac and touching the Chest the achievement will unlock.
