You cannot pick up any variety of hearts for 2 floors in a row. You can heal with items and pick up items that give you more health.
Some methods include:
- Unlocking and using Azazel (Solution for Azazel In The Binding of Isaac: Repentance), then just rushing to the boss on the first 2 floors and killing them. He should have enough damage and you don't have to risk clearing extra enemies.
- Unlocking and using Maggy (Solution for Magdalene In The Binding of Isaac: Repentance), then just using her active item (Yum Yum Heart) to heal any damage.
- Finding the Shovel active item, and using it to skip floors.
- Going for unlocking Sampson (not taking damage for 2 floors) and the pop up for beating the Basement without taking damage. This is the same as the Azazel method really just without getting hit at all.
- Just unlocking her on accident because you don't find/need any hearts for 2 floors.
