Once you have that, instead of getting the usual item, Mom will drop The Polaroid. Grab it, then head through Cathedral. After beating Isaac, you will end up in The Chest. The Chest is a floor that mostly holds a bunch of bosses you've faced before. The boss here is ??? (Yes, that's really the name of the boss.), who's basically an easier version of Isaac. (The boss. Names in this game are weird!) Use the strategies you used previously here. An interesting part of this floor is that all chests drop items. Four locked chests spawn in the starting room, so make sure to bring at least four keys to the floor to open them all.
