The Binding of Isaac: Repentance

To access Boss Rush, you must defeat Mom in Depths II in under 20 minutes. A door will open and you'll be given a choice of four random items. Pick 1 and waves of bosses will spawn. Each wave counts as a room clear so try to have a good active item to make it a lot easier.
