How to unlock the The Lost achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance - Definitive Guide

Steps to unlock this somewhat secret character:
* Step One: Unlock the level Dark Room by beating Satan five times.
* Step Two: Beat the boss in Dark Room as Isaac, this will unlock the trinket Missing Poster on future runs. When you beat Mom be sure to pick The Negative item, as that will grant you access to Dark Room.
* Step Three: While carrying the Missing Poster, find a sacrifice room (the room with a single spike tile in it) and commit suicide by stepping on the spikes.
All of this is very luck-based, especially finding the trinket once it's unlocked. My advice is that once you find it in one of your runs, just drop everything and unlock The Lost no matter how good of a run you have. If you're focused on trying to unlock this character, try to find and buy the item Mom's Box in a shop as it gives you a random trinket (like the Missing Poster) when you use it.

You MUST beat the Dark Room with Isaac. Using any other character won't unlock the Missing Poster.

This achievement's description is a lie. It's not the final secret anymore.

So in addition to the The Lost achievement i will post what not to do.
- Don't die with Ankh. you will revive as ???.
- Don't take The Polaroid. It will end the game at Satan.
- Don't die. just DON'T die.
- Don't take an Amnesia pill, even if it's unidentified. just DO NOT take it.
- Never take too many deals at the starting room, you can die.
- Don't get greedy, you have the potential to get an unwanted synergy or interaction with another item. (like Ipecac and Lost Contact. because The Lamb has alot of bullets and you have a higher likely to kys from the Ipecac and Lost Contact..
That is all, I hope I saved some playthroughs.
The first run is because I accidentally got Ankh and died in Dark Room.
