How to unlock the Savior of Princesses achievement in The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 - Definitive Guide

To rescue Ivo you become Timmy the mouse, get 'Poster' from Fox who is putting them up. Please note: That you have to wait until the fox has pasted the poster in glue before turning it into a 'Rebel Poster' otherwise it will not stick to the chair, as stated below by JasoX FIN.
Get 'Charcoal' from fire that is burning, Mix poster with charcoal to make 'Rebel Poster'. Wait until the knight stands up and put the poster on the back of his chair. He will drop 'Keys' pick them up and give them to Ivo.

How do I put rebel poster on the back of the chair? When I select the poster the chair doesn't show any interactive icon when the guard stand up. It's really frustrating!

Hm. Sorry I'm not sure why It isn't letting you hang it up, The interactive spot to put it on the back of the chair might not actually be located there, It has been a month since I have played I wish I could be more helpful.

Poster must have glue when you pick it up. Wait for fox to apply some glue to poster before picking it up or improve the poster and then put it back in pile to get Fox to apply some glue and pick it up.

Just to echo the above, I was having real trouble getting him to put the poster onto the chair, there was no 'hotspot' on the chair to do so, but when I put the poster back on the pile and got the fox to paste it, it worked perfectly after that. Thanks!
