The face huggers (the little jumping pink guys) are all over this level. Just go about completing the level until you earn a power-up. If it's not ice, use it and keep going. You should get one more power-up before the round is over.
If and when you get ICE, wait for the PINK guy to land on the ground and QUICKLY use it. Maybe even a second before he lands, to make sure he's frozen on the ground.
Once frozen, dash into him using B and that's it. Good luck.
Velvet
The Face Huggers first appear on [level x of floor x]. They are pink bugs that walk along the ground and try to jump on you, essentially hugging your face as they kill you instantly. You need to use the Freeze Grenade PowerUp (it appears randomly) to freeze them while they are still on the ground. Once they are frozen, dash into them with 
to kill them. The trophy will unlock as soon as you kill one Face Hugger this way.

The Face Huggers are pink bugs that walk along the ground, also they kill you instantly. They first appear on floor 3 Robotics Bay Level 13. You need to use the Freeze Grenade Powerup to freeze them while they are still on the ground (Powerups appears randomly). Once you have used the Powerup and frozen, dash into them with the B button to kill them. The achievement will unlock as soon as you kill one of the Face Huggers.
