Velvet
The Powerups are the abilities that charge up and are used by pressing 
. You need to complete Level 6 (Floor 01) without pressing to activate any of them. It is recommended you play on Easy so you have more health.
You can still pick up the random weapon drops should they appear, you just can’t use the Powerup. You can still take damage, you just can’t die.
The trophy will unlock once you complete the level without using a powerup.

You use Powerups by pressing the 
button and they charge up by killing the bugs. You need to complete Level 6 without pressing your button. If you play on easy so you have 8 bars of health.
It is still ok to pick up the weapons and take damage, just make sure you don’t press that button.
