Hard to miss, you start with one team member of each class, every mission you complete increases their rank by one.
I split them into two pairs and alternated them on every mission so they all ranked up evenly, you have to have taken each pair into the field once they have reached level 5.
This is obtainable before you get the second of three story achievements, then you are free to use your favourite agents.

Each one of your soldiers will receive one rank after completion of each mission. There are four types of agent classes and you will initially start with a rank three of each one. It will take a minimum of six missions if you alternate appropriately (received at the beginning of mission six). Make sure you reload checkpoint if any one of your agents ends up dying permanently, if this happens then you will have to recruit a new agent at level three and potentially miss this trophy.
