How to unlock the The Last Suit You'll Ever Wear achievement in The Bureau: XCOM Declassified - Definitive Guide

Go to "Agent Roster" screen in the Armory. Open up one of your agents and scroll right to the "Customize" tab. Pick some colors for your agent and press B to confirm. The achievement will pop a second later.

You can access the Agent Roster Menu after the story brought you to the Bureau Base for the first time. In here you can modify your equipment and the appearance of your agents.

The two terminals are in Operations and the Ready Room.

Simply change one of the existing agents or create an additional one to fill the list, both ways work and will make the Trophy pop right after you changed one feature.

Just change any of the customisation (non game related) items on any agent and save the changes. Clothes is the obvious option :)

While in the Agent Roster Menu, through the agent to the customize menu. You can modify their appearance, gear and weapon load out.

Go to the Agent view menu and scroll over to the Customize tab. Change the colour of one of his clothing items, then switch to another tab. Done.
