How do you do GRP and Melee?

I'm not sure. I've tried pulling the enemy to me and just meleeing it, I've tried tossing the enemy after meleeing it.
Just figured it out and put a solution on the achievement. The killing blow has to be from you pulling the enemy in and meleeing it. If you sit and just keep pulling the enemy in and meleeing it you'll unlock it.

In Chapter 3, 'Aftermath', about midway through the chapter, you’ll receive the GRP, which is basically the game’s “Kinesis module.” All you need to do for this achievement is use the GRP on 25 enemies - and then press . You don’t need to kill them, or anything, just grab them. Luckily the battery power regenerates as well, so you don’t need to be that careful when you come to using it. Grab 25 enemies and this achievement is yours.

It seems to me that there is a mistake in the description. Most likely to grab an enemy for 25 seconds ( + ), the time is summed up. Did it on three enemies.

Not the time, but the number of times you grabbed the enemy. time has nothing to do with it. Yes, you can knock out 3-4 enemies.
