How to unlock the Giving Back achievement in The Callisto Protocol - Definitive Guide
In chapter 6 "Below" that's when you'll first meet blind enemies. Just sneak up behind them, and press to stab them. There's plenty of blind enemies along the level to get it.

In Chapter 6: Below, you will be introduced to an enemy that is blind and attacks based on sound. The best way to take them out is to sneak around and back stab them. Even though backstabbing makes sounds in the game, nearby enemies will not hear it. There are dozens of these in the chapter, and you should easily unlock this trophy without trying.

In the Chapter 6, 'Below', you’ll come across a set of infected enemies who are blind, and only react to sound. It’s very clearly signposted in the game as well with game objectives and graffiti all over the wall informing you. You simply need to backstab five of them to get this achievement; crouching (with ) and hitting .
In terms of tips: you can crouch walk at full speed and they won’t hear you. Make sure they don’t bump into you. I also used the GRP to pick up objects and throw them as distractions too, which is a great strategy to get them where you want them. Also, they literally can't hear you stab another enemy right to them, so don't worry about alerting them.
And finally, don’t be afraid to reload a checkpoint. There are loads of them in this chapter, so don’t worry about doing it on the first five. There’s probably another 50 or so more in the area, and some in Chapter 7, too.

The other guides are all correct at the beginning of chapter 6 you will be introduced to blind enemies you can stab in the back with the A button. But I wanted to say no matter what difficulty you're on this will be a cakewalk. I don't think the other guides put into perspective just how brain dead the AI is. You can stomp, grapple something with your glove, swing at the air, and hide literally within a hairs length from them and they will not react. The only action that will get their attention is walking and running, so even if you're on the hardest possible difficulty you're not gonna struggle with this one at all.

This enemy first appears in Chapter 6. Just approach from behind and press . There are quite a few of them and they do not react at all if you kill their brother next to them (on maximum difficulty).

There is no need to take special risks and awaken the sleeping ones. As the chapter progresses, there will be about two to three dozen people who have already woken up.
