How to unlock the Two Heads Are Better Than One achievement in The Callisto Protocol - Definitive Guide
This will unlock at the end of Chapter 6: Below after defeating two-head on the platform. There are multiple two-heads in the game; this is just the first.
I recommend coming into the fight with at least 3 health injectors, a few batteries (more are in the chests), and many stacks of Riot Gun ammo.
During the 1st phase, you will need to defeat 4 waves of 4 enemies each. Each wave appears to come from a different side of the platform. During my recording, they came from the back, left, front, then right sides. I also saw them come from the back, left, right, then front.
The rear wave can be hit off the back of the platform with if you line up correctly. Plan to use your GRP ( + then ) to throw a few of the enemies from the left and right waves.
Make sure you have 16 rounds of ammo for the Riot Gun saved for the two-head (I had to switch weapons mid-fight). The game will make a checkpoint after defeating the trash mobs on the platform. Make sure you have a full magazine and health at the start of the boss fight.
Dodge (hold /) an attack, then hit it with the Riot Gun. After 5-8 shots, the two-head will drop down. Run up to it and hit it 3 times with . You then have a few seconds to reload your Riot Gun before repeating the process. After hitting it 3 times while dropped the second time, it will die and the achievement will pop.

Story related, can't miss. Near the end of chapter 6 Below, after a small defend section on the tram back you'll get a cutscene with a two headed boss climbing over. Just use all the ammo you have to kill him. Once dead the achievement unlocks.

To add to Tozi Tiberius comment, if you get stuck after the checkpoint with low health...play ring around the rosey with one of the big structures on the platform....you should be fast enough to stay on the opposite side and never get hit.

You’ll encounter the first “two-head” midway through Chapter 6, 'Below'. After you’ve restored power to the transport platform at the Power Plant, and made your way back to the platform itself, after clearing a few waves of enemies (namely 3: one that spawns at the back and then one on either side), the two-head will make its way onto the platform, and you have to fight him.
It’s not the easiest of fights and you’ll need a ton of ammo. But you can get into a routine of running to one crate (while reloading) and then turning and pumping 4 shots of your hopefully mostly upgraded Skunk Gun into his face, you'll be fine. In this instance, the Skunk Gun is better than the Riot Gun, because it has a better rate of fire (unless you’ve fully upgraded that as well as the Skunk Gun). And then rinse and repeat.
If you have the explosive alt-fire on the Hand Cannon, that’s handy too. After a few shots it should go to its knees for a few seconds. Use that time to search for ammo or heal, or reload and change weapons. Or, if you’re good, unload some more shots into its head(s).
Finally, once you’ve done enough damage it’ll lose a head (around 50%), and then, when you’ve done another 50% more damage, it’ll go down once and for all. His attack patterns don’t change and the one major rule for this fight is: don’t let it get in range to attack. If you do, you’ve already lost… probably. He's practically useless at range though, so use that to your advantage.

Difficulty "Maximum security level".
T4 Police Shotgun:
The first run - 7-8 shots (two from a regular shotgun-pistol and 7 from a police T4 were enough for me).
We run up and hit with a strong blow of the baton and two light blows (maybe light ones will be enough, haven’t checked).
Second run - 15 -16 shots.
We run up and hit with a strong blow of the baton and two light blows (maybe light ones are enough, haven’t checked).
At the same time, everything looked something like this, from the moment it started there were 2 small shots (shotgun-pistol) and 2-3 shots from the T4.
Stick to the side and wait for the evasion to work. Shot and dodge, shot and dodge (if you move further away from the target in the process, you can fire 2-3 shots before he gets close to you and you need to dodge). Until he falls to his knees, then we run and smash. There is no role for where to shoot (legs, head, body), I tried everything.
PS Who will have difficulties with dodging: as far as I understand, there is no role in which direction we dodge, but the principle of the dodging process itself is as described in the tip - we move the stick and wait for them to attack, the character dodges, after that you need to release the stick and tilt it again ( maybe even in the same direction). It is important (!) trying to shoot or hit while holding the stick will not give you the opportunity to dodge.

Everything is simpler than in the tip above. The main thing is to knock the two-headed guy to his knees twice, it won’t be difficult, it’s very easy to dodge the big one, just move the stick to the side and shoot immediately after the hit, until the victory (reload according to the same principle, immediately after dodging), and when he collapses, perform a combo from the lungs blows, after the first time he will tear off one of his heads, after the second time he will die.

We select one of the containers and run clockwise from the enemy (i.e. to the left, Jacob will dodge automatically, there will be no need to catch the timing). After the slope, we shoot once or twice. It's better to shoot in the head - it does more damage. With this strategy, you will have enough time to shoot, reload, and dodge. It's better not to turn your back - it can kill you with one blow. (max difficulty)
Don't forget that when the boss is on his knees, you need to approach him and hit him in close combat with your club. And so on several times.

In general, there are no problems with the two-headed one. There is no point in running around something. It’s quite simple, each time you dodge in the same direction and fire a shot. Do not try to hit him with a club, because in most cases, you will not have time and will receive a blow to the neck. Once on your knees, hit with a regular combo. That's it, one of the easiest in this game. The same mechanical actions.
