In chapter 10 simply send Chris back to 1980 without any hiccups. The achievement will pop once you see here back there at the start of chapter 11.

Did this lock out for anyone else? I tried replaying it in curring room floor to see of it would work but I'm still locked out.
I had several achievements lock out.
EDIT:
I had to delete my local save data, let thr game resync then replay the section in Cutting Room Floor.
