How to unlock the Bad Dog achievement in The Casting of Frank Stone - Definitive Guide

Merlin's collar can be found in chapter 9 after leaving the steam room and going downstairs. It's in a corner near some mesh fencing. Make sure you examine it, so you can see the name tag. The achievement should then unlock.

Unfortunately, this didn’t pop for me straight away but, after restarting the game, I went back to the collar, picked it up and it popped.

Can confirm I also had to restart the game after picking this up to get it to pop. Just reload and pick it up again and it should pop when you put it back down.

After the latest patch (10/2/24) this and all other missing achievements popped for me as soon as I opened the game back up. Didn't have to replay anything.
