How to unlock the Five Finger Discount achievement in The Casting of Frank Stone - Definitive Guide

In chapter three when Bonnie shows up at the garage, the goal is to get her angry, so she doesn't give you money freely. Choose "jovial", "shocked", "serious" followed by "steal" and the achievement should pop.

Note: you cannot get this achievement in case you took a bribe from Sam at the beginning of chapter three because Jamie will not steal from Bonnie if he already got some money.

Should also note that if you get the bribe money from Sam, you can't get this as Jaime will say they already have enough money and don't need to steal more
