Chapter 14
As Sam "Accuse Augustine" then succeed the Quick Time Event. Make sure to shoot Madi. This also unlocks

After that choose to "Sacrifice Yourself"
When in the generator room as Linda just wait for Frank to come in (takes about 5 minutes)

With Linda's death in the room with the generator in Chapter 14, you DO NOT need to wait the full time before Frank Stone busts through the door. Instead you can attempt to repair the generator, and by failing three consecutive skill checks, it will cause Linda to automatically die.

If you're referring to Frank grabbing and absorbing Madi I've had that happen only when Madi has the Talisman and Sam saves Stan/Chris after they are grabbed. Then Augustine chants and Madi moves towards Frank.
