The first one is really easy. You can find the can of corn in the miner's puzzle. The miner throws three objects at you (shovel, bucket and can of corn). Then, he throws dynamite at you. It suffices that he throws a dynamite at his own can of corn to get it destroyed (the can looks different and even the description says it's destroyed - that's how you can see that it worked).
Now, the other can is a bit more tricky. It is on the last puzzle on the lonely island. The can is behind that blue box all to the right (and also some crackers). You have to take that can and place it somewhere near the exploding barrels in the volcano, so that the explosion destroys the can of corn in the process.
The process of your destroyed cans of corn carries on over multiple playthroughs. So if you destroyed one can once you don't have to destroy it again.

This is a two part trophy.
Step 1
During the "Mine" puzzle area, the miner will throw a shovel, a can of corn, and a bucket at you. Stand near the corn so that a stick of dynamite lands near it and blows it apart.
Step 2
During the island puzzle you will come to a part where you have to stage out 3 barrels of explosives in order to blow up a rock pile about a water grate. Go all the way to the right side of the island and pull the blue box to the left. Underneath there is a can of corn. Carry it all the way to the grate and drop it, then stage out the barrels, one on the grate, one in the lighted area to the right on the rocks, and stand on the right side of the third barrel and pull it all the way until the fuse lights, then quickly roll it back to the left and let go on the slope.
If all goes correctly, it will cause all three barrels to explode, along with the corn can, unlocking the trophy.

There are two “Cans of Creamed Corn” in the game, both of which must be destroyed to unlock this trophy. The first is practically impossible to miss, as the Miner throws it down along with the Bucket and Shovel. He always throws dynamite down at you after this, which destroys the Can.
The second requires a bit more effort. Near the end of the game, you will be in the Island level. There will be a section where you need to set off a chain reaction of explosions with barrels to destroy some rocks. Before you do this, go all the way to the right to the edge of the sea, where you should find another Can next to a “Box of Crackers”. Pick up the Can and take it left with you and place it directly next to the barrel under the rocks keeping the water in the pool. Then light the first barrel and set off the chain reaction, which will cause the Can to be destroyed.

There are two cans of corn you'll need to destroy. The first is where you meet the miner (see: Fire in the Hole) and will likely be destroyed by his dynamite. The second can of corn is on the desert island. Simply place it next to the explosive barrels as you're solving the barrel puzzle and the achievement is yours.
