Depending on which tree you want to max you will need 450 exp in that category, mind, body or spirit to unlock the area's of the tree. Also you will need 18 prismatic crystals. Then you need to upgrade the two parts of the tree 3x each,

Mind= mind meter and lavender
Body= body meter and ginger
Spirit= spirit meter and mind caps
Achievement will unlock.
