The first time you will have an opportunity for four enemies to be on screen at once is in the green and red areas. There are also opportunities during the final fight too. The final boss fight will also be able to be repeated quite easily.
Place the the Plasma bolt on the ground with
or throw it when you have 4 enemies near each other.
I would suggest holding on to as many Throwing Plasmas as you can until find a group of 4. Also, hold on to the materials needed for crafting too.
