The Chant

This one actually isn't too hard to do. I essentially got it on my first run without having to watch anything on normal difficulty. That being said, I did find the ending boss to be of a slight difficulty. If you have twenty to thirty minutes going into that boss and fail, you can click continue from the main menu afterwards to redo the boss in less time and get that Achievement.

I've included my streamed walkthrough below showing the entire game if you get stuck anywhere but it's fairly linear and straight forward to play. As long as you're not doing too relaxed of a run you should be able to complete the time, but I wouldn't expect to be able to collect all of the lore items. If anything, with a slight guide you can probably cut your run time down a fair bit.
