In the absence of many people playing this online, this Achievement is best earned with a boosting partner.
There are eight locations in which you must win a ranked match. (Steel Mill, Warehouse, Warzone, Manor House, Prison Cells, Ocean Liner, Bunker, and Venice. You can win in either Venice A or Venice B, you don't need them both.)
While working on the other multiplayer Achievements, just be sure to rotate through the all the maps, and keep track of the ones in which you've earned a victory. Only the host is eligible for this Achievement. So once you host and win the eight required matches, switch hosting duties with your boosting partner.
The Achievement will unlock at the end of the last match in your map rotation (assuming you won them all).

The fastest way to end the match is to have the one that is defending the base Kill themselves. There are blue explosive barrels, rockets, grenades all in the bases. Just die as fast as possible. Then the next round have the one that needs to win kill themselves after they have survived longer than you did.
This is How myself and two other received this achievement. Took each of us 7-9 minutes to get the achievement.

I was boosting this and and on the last map both guys on the team got the achievement at the same time. So I don't think you HAVE to be the host to get it.
I would still suggest hosting and winning on all maps though, just to be on the safe side.

Online is dead, so you will need a boosting partner. Make sure it is set to RANKED match when hosting. Their are a total of 8 different levels you need to win on.
They Are:
Steel Mill
Warehouse
Warzone
Manor House
Prison Cells
Ocean Liner
Bunker
Venice (either Venice A or Venice B both are the same)
If you want to get this out the way faster, you can set up a skullshot match to the set to 1 round, but I myself did them in Deathmatchs since you need to work on weapon/kills anyways. Set it to 10 kill limit and take turns with your partner on each map and rotate.
**Make sure you keep track of the levels you won on, and just FYI, not all game modes offer the same maps, so be careful of that***

There are 8 levels you need to win on, though actually 9 levels as there is a Venice A and Venice B. You do not have to win on both A and B though, just one of them.
Note: You have to be the host for each map. Me and a friend were taking turns throughout the levels and I got the achievement when I was host and he did not when he joined my matches.
