How to unlock the Hard Time achievement in The Club - Definitive Guide
Doing each level on Insane is not particularly difficult if you've already got a good grasp of the game. What I'll do is explain what each of the levels are and any quick tips.
You do not need to win the tournament .... just survive. You'll have 5 tries at each level.
It's possible to make a backup of your save on a USB stick, so if you are struggling with a level you don't have to start the whole tournament again. Just reload your save if you fail 5 times.
Prison
Level 1 : Sprint
Just play through the level, take your time and get to the end. No time limit
Level 2 : Time Attack
Make it to the end before the time runs out. 3 laps. Shoot as many enemies (this gives you a 3 second bonus) as you can and just keep moving. Health Packs do not respawn in these levels
Level 3 : Run The Gauntlet
Get to the end before the timer runs out. You get 1 minutes 25 to do this level
Level 4 : Siege
When you start run forward and to the right. Stand under the skull shot and face the window. Enemies jump through the window, so just take them out as they pop in. Ammo is in front of you and there is a Health Pack where you spawn, though you probably won't need it ... I still had 60 health left at the end
Level 5 : Survivor
One of the easiest to do. From the start, turn around and go forward and stand behind the bus next to the wall. Look up to the right (as you face the wall) and that's where the guys keep running to. They go to exactly the same place each time so you can kill them before they shoot. This level lasts 4 minutes and I finished with 98 health and didn't pick up any packs.

'Prison' is the third level and is made up of 6 events:
1. "Jailbait" - Sprint
2. "Doin Time" - Time Attack
3. "Sprinter Cell" - Run the Gauntlet
4. "Jailhouse Rock" - Siege
5. "Hard Cell" - Survivor
6. "Escape From Newhaven" - Sprint
