On the main menu, head to Gunplay and then select Build Level, select whatever levels you want then press START and then X to save.
Do this 5 times.

It's worth mentioning here that you don't have to save five different lists, and they can be as short as one level. Just continually save the same list repeatedly.

Additionally, "GunPlay" seems to be unlocked at the main menu after completing "Tournament Mode", otherwise it's blocked out prior to this.

Easiest achievement on the game, you can just put 1 game in each playlist 5 times and then delete them all & you'll still get the achievement.

From the main menu, go to 'Gun Play', and then 'Build Level', and choose whatever settings you want. Press 
when you're ready. Press 
to save. Repeat 4 more time and Achievement Unlocked.
