In the absence of many people playing this online, this Achievement is best earned with a boosting partner.
Simply fire up a five-minute two-player ranked game of Score Match and get a sniper rifle. Have the second player run somewhere within sight, farther is generally better. Snipe him with a headshot for roughly 700 points (assuming that you don't build a multiplier). Lather, rinse, and repeat. You should be able to get 10,000 in the five minutes, depending on how close the target respawns each time. Venice A seems to be a good map for this.
The Achievement will unlock after your score passes the 10,000 point mark.

This mode is very similar to the single player mode, you get points for kills and get a multiplier when you chain your kills together.
I got this in a 1 on 1 match in 5 minutes without my multiplier ever going over 1. Just keep killing your opponent till you have the score and it will unlock.
