How to unlock the Skillzone achievement in The Club - Definitive Guide
After trying all the different characters I went for KURO. He has 5 star speed, which helps out a little with the first level, but unlike NEMO he has reasonable stamina at 3 stars.
Each level gives you 5 goes to get it right or you have to start again. The good thing about Warzone is the hardest level is first, so if you run out of goes, just start again.
Tip : What I did was backup my save onto a USB stick if I dropped to less than 3 attempts left. That way if I messed up completely I could just reload my save and try again without redoing all the previous levels in that round
Level 1 : Time Attack.
This might take you a few tries, but it will work out in the end. Firstly do this level on a lower setting (do a single event) to get used to the route and also where all the health packs are. Once you have picked up a health pack they do not respawn. When you’re happy that you know the route, this is what I did ....
After the first large area you go through a little room to the right and there is a group of about 2 or 3 next to some blue gas bottles, there is also a guy that blocks the way who has a gun that you’re going to want to use. Once you’ve got it switch (Right on D-Pad) and just use that for the rest of the level. This is for 2 reasons :- 1. It kills quickly and 2. Most of them carry it, which means you get loads of ammo. After you have it just take your time (easy said than done) and kill as many as you can to get the 3 second bonus. By the time I finished my last lap I had 45 seconds left on the clock and came 2nd in the leaderboard. Try and save the Health Packs near the end of the lap and especially the 2 that are between the carriages till laps 2 or 3. I avoided most of them on the first lap.
I would suggest not Sprinting (RB) all the time as you can sometimes miss the doorways and waste time turning about to get out of them. Save sprinting for open areas where you can see clearly.
Level 2 : Sprint
If you’ve played through all the other INSANE levels, you’ll walk this.
Level 3 : Survivor
Easy Tip :-. Once the level starts go around the building to the left, near the Yellow car and cones. Stand up on the steps next to the white line and just wait till the timer runs out. Only had 2 came around looking for me at the start then nothing for about 3 minutes.
Level 4 : Run The Gauntlet
Like level 2 … just work through it. Very easy
Level 5 : Siege
Easy Tip :- Once it starts move between the helicopter and the white line. The only enemies that spawn come from the room near the Health Pack and they only come in 1’s so easy to get rid of. Again, just stay there till the timer runs out.
Level 6 : Sprint
Just like levels 2 and 4. It’s an easy run to the end and a nice achievement ping.
'Warzone' is the eighth and final level and is made up of 6 events:
1. "Time Bomb" - Time Attack
2. "Tanks For The memories"
3. "Minded Games" - Survivor
4. "Bombed Out" - Run the gauntlet
5. "Warlord" - Siege
6. "Wargames" - Sprint
GENERAL TIPS: Considering you don't have to get a certain score or even win the tournaments, if the levels are not timed, take it slow and take enemies out from a distance if possible. If they are timed, shoot while running and if you miss killing someone, just keep going. Make good use of your "snap" move by pressing to do a quick 180 turn. It takes a while to turn around simply using the thumbstick and you'll most likely get yourself killed that way.
Also, don't bother trying to get skullshots when playing through on Insane. Do all the tournaments on Insane and enjoy the game, then go back in Single Event mode on Casual to find the skullshots and do all the miscelanous achievements.
