The 'in game awards' are:
Head Shot - Get a headshot.
Head Shot Heaven - 5 head shots in a row.
Great Shot - Kill someone from a 'great' distance.
Crack Shot - Kill someone very far away.
Snap Shot - Do a 180 Spin and kill someone.
Gatecrasher - Break through a doorway then kill someone.
Death Roll - Do a roll, then kill someone.
Ric-O-Slay - Kill someone by bouncing a bullet off of a surface.
Penetrator - Kill someone by shooting through an object.
Multi-Kill - Kill 2 or more people with an explosion.
Last Bullet - Kill someone with last bullet in your magazine.

If you are having trouble getting some of these, play on casual. Head shot heaven is easy on casual. It doesn't matter how slow you go, just as long as you get 5 consecutive headshots. The best way to get a snap shot is aim at an enemy and do two consecutive 180 spins (press Y twice) then shoot the enemy. To get Ric-o-slay, I just shot the ground directly in front of the enemy with an automatic rifle and after a second or two I got it.
