How to unlock the Wet and Wild achievement in The Club - Definitive Guide
Doing each level on Insane is not particularly difficult if you've already got a good grasp of the game. What I'll do is explain what each of the levels are and any quick tips.
You do not need to win the tournament .... just survive. You'll have 5 tries at each level.
It's possible to make a backup of your save on a USB stick, so if you are struggling with a level you don't have to start the whole tournament again. Just reload your save if you fail 5 times.
Venice
Level 1 : Sprint
Just play through the level, take your time and get to the end. No time limit
Level 2 : Siege
When the level starts move to the right and stand in the corner. Turn around and face the stairs. Shoot them as they come up. There is an Ammo stock in front of you (left of stairs) and 3 Health Packs down the stairs
Level 3 : Sprint
Same idea as Level 1
Level 4 : Run The Gauntlet
Get to the end before the timer runs out. You get 1 minutes 15 to do it which is more than enough. I had over 20 seconds left without even trying too hard.
Level 5 : Survivor
Run forward and stand between the two cones to the left of the open door. Not a single enemy came out for me until after the first 2 minutes. Then they came pretty much one at a time for the remaining 2 minutes. Wait till the timer runs out. I never touched the Health Packs
Level 6 : Time Attack
Make it to the end before the time runs out. 2 laps. Shoot as many enemies (this gives you a 3 second bonus) as you can and just keep moving. Health Packs do not respawn in these levels. Watch out for the guy with the Gatling Gun just after the beginning of the 2nd lap.
Level 7 : Sprint
Same idea as Level 1
Venice done

To be honest its been over 3 years since I did this, but I think I used Kuro for most of the levels as he is fast

Venice is the 2nd level and is made up of 7 events
1. "Gondola In 60 Seconds" - Sprint
2. "Italian Stallions" - Siege
3. "A Bridge Too Far" - Sprint
4. "A Route Canal" - Run the gauntlet
5. "Pasta La Vista" - Survivor
6. "Pizza The Action" - Time Attack
7. "Veni, Vidi, Vici" - Sprint
