Doors include actual doors, the wooden planks covering a door way and the level exits.
After doing all 8 tournaments to complete the story you will have already broken through 30 or so doors.
The fastest way to grind out the remaining is to load up 'Steel Mill' level 3 'Wheels of Steel' (Siege event).
Once the level starts there will be wooden planks to be broken on either side of you break one and head for the other (Press
to turn 180o to speed up the process) once both are broken remain in the out of bounds area so that you died, restart the level and repeat till the achievement pops.

The easiest and fastest way I found was to start up a single event, load up level 3 of warehouse called "wheels of steel" it is a very short level and when you start the level there are boards to your right and to your left just press a to smash through them and finish the level and repeat.

No need to finish the level. It's much faster to just die and restart.

Just smash through every board you see. The exit boards count towards this as I unlocked mine crashing though an exit. If by the time you finish all 8 tournaments you have not unlocked it go into single event and work on finding the Skullshots, you'll get more during this time. If you still don't have it after that, choose "Wheels Of Steel" (Warehouse level 3) and when you start there will be a board to your left and right break them both finish level and repeat until it unlocks.
