Find a boosting partner since no one plays this online anymore.
Set up a ranked match on the Prison Level. The boozka is in the middle of the level and have the other person run out to him while you kill. You should net about 50 kills in a 15min session

variation forget the boozka (watch out for the mines around it)
as you don't have to be he host
same level set it to 50 kills or 30 min,save lobby time now your and your partner are going to throw grenades at each other. you spawn with one if you or your partner lives because of a mis throw theres a box in the tent near the boozka.
if you've set it to 30 mins and its already popped switch to either melee kills or if you go up stairs from the tent turn left there's a sniper witch respawns. we set it to 50 stopping at 49 till the other got 49,just seemed quicker linking them up

Team Skullshot, Warzone, only 2 players required.
The person getting kills should choose the red team while the person dying should choose the blue team.
The red team player should run all the way to the blue spawn, shooting 3 of the 4 skullshots along the way (save the final to end the match after your 100 kills).
There is a quickly re-spawning grenade box right next to the blue spawn. It should re-spawn every 2-3 grenade kills. The blue player can remain idle the entire time as the spawns are packed close together.
You should easily be able to get all 100 kills in 30 minutes or less. This is also the best location to farm melee kills.

Actually, Warzone 1vs1 is the best place to farm melee kills in SkillShot ;)

You can get explosive kills from either hand grenades, rocket launcher or shooting the blue barrels when someone is standing next to them. Make sure you set the weapon group to explosives when available.
