In the absence of many people playing this online, this Achievement is best earned with a boosting partner.
Simply fire up a ranked game of Team Capture for two players. Both players will be classed as Foxes, so any kill will count toward the Achievement. I suggest using a quick map like the Ocean Liner, since it's very quick and easy to find each other again and let each other unload.
The Achievement will unlock as soon as you earn your 25th Fox kill. This is a cumulative total across all your games, they do not have to be earned in a single match.

Although it would make sense to do this on team fox hunt DON'T as it will take a lot of matches to do so.
Instead play Team Capture (1 on 1) as both of you will start as the fox. Get 25 kills and the achievement will unlock when you get to the 25th kill.
