On the Steel Mill level, 'Time to Mill' there is about 50 enemies on a 3 lap race. Play on Casual for a quick 25G.
Melee 30 enemies for your achievement and watch your health even on casual you lose a fair bit trying to melee people with guns :P

Doing a Sprint on Manor House on Casual difficulty will get you this too, just as long as you kill everyone. I used the Russian guy, who can take a bit more damage than the other characters.

On the Steel Mill level "Time To Mill" You will have over 50 enemies, even on casual, you don't have to worry about your health and there are so many time pick-ups, you will never have any problem with running out of time and blowing up.
