In the absence of many people playing this online, this Achievement is best earned with a boosting partner.
Simply fire up any team-based ranked game, such as Team Skullshot, Team Capture, or Team Siege. You will earn this easily as you work toward other multiplayer Achievements, but the fastest way would be to set up a Team Siege match. Kill your opponent as fast as he will let you, then when it is your turn to hold out, just last one second longer than he did before he kills you.
The Achievement will unlock at the end of the match.
