You will come to a scene where you need to remove a knife from Rees' leg.

You are presented with two options - Tell a joke, or slap him.

Select the 'Tell a joke' option to unlock this achievement.

Hey Guys & Gals, Here is my 100% Achievement Guide/Walkthrough for The Complex.

For this particular achievement, we need to get the "Trust Me For Once" ending.
So go to 1:00 in my video to see exactly what choices you have to make to get this.

For this, you come up to a scene where a knife is embroiled in Rees' leg.. You have to take it out, and two choices happen.
"Tell A Joke" Or "Slap Him" .
Simply choose tell a joke to unlock this
