The Complex

After the opening scene, you will be in a boardroom delivering a presentation.

A man will start to cause a disruption about Kindar (a location in the game) and you will have the option to engage or dismiss. This is your first choice of the scene.

Choose the option to dismiss and you will unlock this achievement.

For this particular achievement, we need to get the "Trust Me For Once" ending.
So go to 1:00 in my video to see exactly what choices you have to make to get this.

At the beginning of the game, after unlocking the achievement "Tough Desicion" (Which you cannot miss).
Your next choice will be Agree or Dismiss..
Choose dismiss to unlock this!
