The trick with this achievement is we are going to be aiming for one of the bad endings. The name of this ending is
but I would recommend that if you have not done a full play through, do so first.
This way, you can skip previously seen scenes by pressing RB.
We have to get all the decisions correct,including those at the start of the game because we must make sure

Following your guide, by the time I got to the 'Proceed With Caution' step, I had also popped the Storage Hunter achievement.
