I have a 100% Achievement Guide for this game if you prefer a visual!
At the start of the game and you are on the main path, you will eventually come across a few goats and a goat herder sitting on the right side of the main path (Its fairly obvious).
Simply go up to him to talk, offer him some cheese from your inventory and he will give you wine in return to drink.
Go to 7:00 in the video if you want to see a visual.
