This achievement is awarded for getting the 'good' ending for the session 'Watchful Gaze'.
You will have to make it all the way through the session before you can get the ending.
I will include all actions that are required to reach the end without giving any spoilers. I recommend playing through on your own first.
-When you get to the locked box with the story attached, input the code:
- When you get to the jigsaw puzzle, simply move the pieces around to form the picture. When a piece is in the correct place, it will become grayed out, and you won't be able to move it again. Very easy.
-When you reach the puzzle with the 5 pegs, press:
-In the dream, you can choose to attack or not. For this achievement, I suggest not attacking. It will take several seconds of inactivity for this sequence to play out
-There will be a timing mini-game that will eventually come up, where you have to stop the meter in the center. For this achievement, try not to miss the window.
-When you reach the boss, keep firing until you run out of ammo. There will be another timing sequence needed to reload. For this achievement, you will have to accurately hit the sequence window to reload. Once reloaded, keep shooting. You will have to do this several times before the boss dies.
Achievement unlocked.
