Simple. Press start, go to "activities" section, then under the "LIVE COMPETITION" tab you'll find "SUMMIT CONTEST". Play 1 of those events and the achievement should unlock.

In this guide we will show you how to complete an event in The Crew Motorfest's Summit Contest to earn “The Ascent” Achievement/Trophy.
The Crew Motorfest gives you the opportunity to participate in weekly events, such as the Summit Contest, in which your performance is compared to that of other players.
The Summit Contest is part of the game's Main Stage, so you'll first need to have completed at least three Playlists to access it.
To win “The Ascent” Achievement/Trophy it is enough to complete one of the 9 activities of the Summit Contest. If you complete all 9 you will earn the “Not so lonely at the top” Achievement/Trophy.
