The Royal Luau Hotel can be found on the southern coast of Honolulu. Head to the back of the hotel and drive onto the beach, then park and wait for 1 minute.

Worked perfectly, thank you! .. I love the fact the xbox achievement tracker actually went up in 2% Increments aswell. Least you know it's working. Why can't all games be like that

in city called Honolulu that in the place south and look for royal luau the go to the pink hotel and park on beach

The city is Honolulu. However if you fully zoom out then only the text “South” shows nearby.
