Pele Crater can be found west of Wahiawa, the central most city. Instead of driving to the top, switch to your plane, fly up and then switch to your car to land in the crater.

to get this head to Mauna Pele Nunui Crater start from the bottom and use a offroad car to drive up the side of the crater also might need boost to get up some parts

In this guide we will show you how to get to the top of the volcano with your car to win the "Pele Shout-out" Achievement/Trophy at The Crew Motorfest.

The Crew Motorfest features a huge open map to explore, which includes a volcano among other things.

The crater of the volcano is located on the west side of the map in the “Mauna Pele” area. For encyclopedic reasons, Pele is the deity of fire in the Hawaiian religion. To earn the “Pele Shout-out” Achievement/Trophy you must reach the top of the volcanic crater in a ground vehicle, but actually you can reach the top from the air.

All you have to do is fly your plane to the crater and at the right time use the Fast Fav menu to change to your car. Be sure to slow down a bit before approaching the volcano so that your car lands right on top of the crater. Once your car touches the ground you will earn the Achievement/Trophy.
