This is one of the trickiest achievement in the game because there is luck involved.
Go to the activities Section and start demolition Royal event. When you are in the chopper, look around before you drop down to see all the highlighted items on the ground below. Try to land right near those items so you can pick up as many items as you can to get stronger. From there, Go and try to Eliminate 3 players for achievement. It does need quite a bit of luck but I managed to do it on my 3rd try and I am not the greatest at racing games!

Honestly, how lucky you are with the team. If you have the same problem as me, that searching for players takes > an hour or more. You should change the preferred server in the settings to Europe, weekend sessions are packed to capacity, and the search takes up to 2 minutes at most
