This achievement's very player and skill dependent and will definitely include a fair amount of luck. Personally I've always done it in solid matches since I find it easier to do a 1v1.
I play it stealth with the leg day perk and quieter moving perk. I also use the health Regen perk but the third is up to you. I would recommend straying away from ranged weapons if you are new. Instead, focus on getting a good melee weapon and a Man Tracker. In my eyes, it's easier to kill someone who isn't expecting you than it is someone you don't expect. If you get a tracker, play aggressive and sneak up on people for the double damage backstab
I would also recommend staying close to the middle in the chance there is an event like the Chokinator spawning in. These events bring people to the middle and often give you a good chance for a kill. The best chance is three crate Monte assuming they get a bad crate
Other than that, I would also recommend jumping in on fights that are close to finishing, that way you can try to take both kills instead of just killing off the Victor.

I just got this achievement in co-op lightning on the europe servers with SNAKBYT . We can confirm that if you get 4 other kills, killing your partner DOES count as a 5th kill towards this achievement.
