If you find yourself struggling at all in this game, you can pause and change difficulty from the default "normal" to "story"to make it easier.
This achievement is unlocked by completing the "Secret Chamber" level.
Goal: Hit all switches to win level. There will be 7 switches on this level next to pillars around the outside of the room. Simply send your team to the switches and attack them to activate. Once all switches have been activated, the level will be completed. I sent most of my team around the right side, but left my main Soldier on the left to activate a switch. No point in fighting all the enemies as more spawn as you hit switches. Fight small stuff in your way if you need to, but focus on moving from one switch to another. 2 of my team leap-frogged each other around right side hitting switches while I kept mobs busy on the other.
Try to always have a type of Fighter, Scout, and Mender in your group.

Just got this achievement. It's progression. Try
to reach LEVEL TEN.

It's not reaching level 10... when I got this, my highest level was 6 (and Brea was 5). I unlocked it just after completing the level TrueWickedone described: I suspect he knows what he's talking about
