If you find yourself struggling at all in this game, you can pause and change difficulty from the default "normal" to "story"to make it easier.
This achievement is unlocked by completing the "Sanctuary Tree" level.
Goal: Move your Arathim allies to the top of the map so they can escape. More enemies will spawn during this level, as will 2 more allies you need to have escape. Set up your team to sort of block the path and fight enemies while you move allies up each turn.
Try to always have a type of Fighter, Scout, and Mender in your group.
