If you find yourself struggling at all in this game, you can pause and change difficulty from the default "normal" to "story"to make it easier.
This achievement is unlocked by completing the "Flooded Ruins" level.
Goal: Kill all enemies. It takes a few turns, but the sea level rises so you want to be sure you are in position to move onto the next level of ground within a few turns. You start with 3 team members, and have 2 allies with you. I split my team up, sending one of my team and one ally to the right, and another team member and ally to the left. I kept my healer in the middle to assist with either side of needed. Focus on the 2 fighters on each side, leaving the Pirate Leader and other caster in the middle. They will move down, but I killed the fighters before they could assist. Move your team out of the water if you haven't yet, and finish off the final 2 enemies. Level is completed once last enemy dies.
Try to always have a type of Fighter, Scout, and Mender in your group.
