If you find yourself struggling at all in this game, you can pause and change difficulty from the default "normal" to "story"to make it easier.
This achievement is unlocked by completing the "Dousan Burial Grounds" level.
Goal: Kill the Matron. This map has Darkened Windsifters to fight. One of the flyers is a Matron Boss. When fighting on desert maps, sometimes wind will come up and push mobs (your team and enemies) a few spaces in one direction. If you see dust stirred up, watch the direction it is blowing in to know where you will be pushed.
Try to always have a type of Fighter, Scout, and Mender in your group.
