How to unlock the Chekhov's Gun achievement in The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes - Definitive Guide

Missable achievement - you have to fulfill several conditions:
(If you do not want any spoilers stop reading here!)

1. After Rachel regroup with the rest of the squad, the whole squad will start to retreat. Jason will keep Vampires/Demons away from the group, then you will get a 2 choices "Retreat" and "Fire", you have to choose "Fire".

2. Very important thing! You have to complete QTE correctly! (QTE is a minigame which requiares to press cn_A, cn_B, cn_X or cn_Y). During my first run I messed it up in this part and achievement did not pop.

3. After you mount on the machine gun you have to shoot a few Vampires/Demons. Achievement should pop after you both (Rachel and Jason) retreat.

After the radio is destroyed, you'll eventually fall back to the temple as a group. During your escape, Rachel will have the option of running or manning the machine gun. Choose the gun, and complete the subsequent QTEs until she has a chance to escape for the trophy.

Everything is simple, in the large hall, when the attack of the creatures begins, Rachel will have a choice whether to run or use a machine gun. Select "use machine gun".

It is necessary for Rachel not only to choose a machine gun, but to repel all attacks of monsters with the help of a machine gun, i.e. a red sight should appear on each monster where you need to press shot
