Missable achievement - you have to fulfill several conditions
(If you do not want any spoilers stop reading here!)
1. Eric CAN NOT die in the sequence where he and Jason aruge with Samil (after Nick and Samil killed the creature together).
2. You will find yourself in a sequence where, as Nick and Jason, you will be securing the area and setting up traps. Jason will ask Nick where they should put the trap, you will get 2 choices "Set the trap in the middle" or "Set the trap on the sides" it doesnt matter which one you choose but please remember your choice.
3. During the retreat as Rachel do not help Jason, or if you chose to help you have to mess up the QTE, otherwise you will not have the choice I described in 4th point.
4. When the whole group is running away from the demons / vampires, they will have to run through the corridor with the trap you set up earlier, and again you have two choices and now focus choose the way where trap has been set up before, Eric and Rachel will run into a trap and die in one explosion.

This trophy is actually foreshadowed by the "Tripwire" Picture. In order to get it, both Eric and Rachel must survive the fall and live until "The Assault." One way to go about this in Solo Theatrical Cut is to:
1. Get Merwin killed.
You can do this a few times but the first option is to pass all of the QTEs as Nick when Jason gives him the morphine (causing you to choke Merwin). This will make it so that Jason and Nick are not slowed down as Eric tries to pull Rachel up.
2. During the fall, pass all of the QTEs but do NOT cut Rachel loose
If done correctly, Nick will come and assist Eric after he refuses to cut the rope a second time. Afterwards, the rope will snap but Rachel will survive the fall.
After ensuring their survival, Jason and Nick will plant bombs in the catacombs. It does not matter where you choose to place the bombs, only that you remember where you placed them. During "The Assault," Rachel will be given the option to either "Retreat" or "Fire" the machine gun after repairing the generator. Choose to Retreat, and after a short cutscene the player will switch to Nick. He has a dialogue option telling Eric and Rachel which path to take. All you have to do is tell them to go down the path lined with bombs and the trophy should pop after their deaths.
Note: Make sure you do not choose to "Fire," as if you do it successfully Jason will warn the married couple of the "correct" path without your input, preventing you from killing the two.

Rachel tends to survive the fall regardless, there is another Marine down there that becomes important later.

The following steps need to occur for this trophy:
- Eric needs to survive the scene where he's tethered to Rachel on the edge of the cliff (cut the rope if Jason and Nick are saving Merwin). Eric also needs to survive the confrontation with Salim (if Salim's relationship with Nick is good at this point, he should surrender without issue).
- When Nick and Jason are setting charges, choose to either set them on the outside or up the middle, and remember your choice.
- After the shootout on the cliff, you'll return to the temple. Rachel will have the option of either running or using the machine gun.
