Missable achievement - you have to fulfill several conditions:

1. In the "Sacrificial Chamber" sequence (after you entered into chamber with Salim and his Capitan) you will do something like "Last man standing" you will change between characters, there will be a moment when you play as Salim (after the Human-Vampyre is holding Nick) and you will get a choice to shoot a flying demon in Salim's direction or shoot demon who attacks Rachel, shoot the Demon who is flying in your direction. Because of this decision Rachel will get infected! - this is first condition. Also as Rachel do not help Eric when Human-Vampyre holds him (Because she will get infected).
2. Close to the end of the game you will eventually end up in chamber (All members regroup in small area with this strange antique musical instrument in the middle). You will help Salim with the instrument as Rachel, after moment Rachel will have a vision with the falling meteorite. Achievement should pop as soon as vision ends.
Of course Rachel can not die before this subchapter (For now I am not sure if she can die earlier, if anyone knows please let me know I will update the guide).

I shot the vampire over top of Rachel and she still got infected.

This trophy is very simple to obtain. The only requirements are that you keep Rachel alive throughout the game and get her infected during "The Assault." At the beginning of "Strange Aeons," when the group comes upon the musical instrument, Rachel will have a vision of the alien ship crash-landing on Earth. It should pop right after.
Note: Other people have suggested that Rachel is infected regardless of your actions. I cannot confirm the validity of this, but if it is true it makes this trophy even simpler.
